Regular Member: Membership in this classification shall be open to any individuals, partnerships or corporations who arrange for or provide mortgage financing to the public and do not accept third party originations.  These members must be properly licensed or exempt from licensing in the Commonwealth.  Regular Membership is given in the name of the company and includes membership in the National Association of Mortgage Brokers for the principal member.  Any and all individuals employed by the Regular Member company are entitled to the benefits and services of the State Association.

Wholesale Member: Membership in this category shall be open to companies that purchase mortgage loans, table fund mortgage loans or provide mortgage loans through Licensed Mortgage Brokers and/or Lenders in the Commonwealth.  Wholesale Membership is given in the name of the company and includes membership in the National Association of Mortgage Brokers for the principal member.  Any and all individuals employed by the Wholesale Member company are entitled to the benefits and services of the State Association.

Affiliate Member: Affiliate Membership shall be open to individuals, partnerships or corporations whose business is other than providing mortgage finance, but who have an interest in supporting the mortgage industry in general and the Association in particular.  Affiliate Membership is given in the name of the company and includes membership in the National Association of Mortgage Brokers for the principal.  Any and all individuals employed by the Affiliate Member company are entitled to the benefits and services of the State Association.

Real Estate Attorney or Appraiser Member:  Membership in this category shall be open to individuals, partnerships, or corporations whose business is that of an Attorney practicing in the area of Real Estate transactions, or is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Massachusetts.   Any and all individuals employed by the member company are entitled to the benefits and services of the Association.
